Patient fell down in one of the snowy days, went to a doctor who sutured his lips, and presented to our clinic complaining of discomfort and broken incisors.
Pre-op
The UR1 was diagnosed with symptomatic irreversible pulpitis with symptomatic apical periodontits.
UL1 was normal to cold test.
Post-op
The tooth was obturated with GP& Bioceramic sealer as an apical horizontal root fracture was suspected.
Coronal Seal Placed: ViterBond + Composite
Prognosis: Favorable
Patient is to be followed up 3&6 months later.
